Program Lead, Family & Parent Engagement (Full-Time)
Location: Hybrid (East Orlando) | Coins: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
The Program Lead, Family & Parent Engagement plays a key role in advancing the 8 Cents in a Jar Economic Succession experience by equipping parents, caregivers, young and expectant parents, and families with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities to build greater stability, financial independence, and long-term wealth. This role leads parent and family programming through initiatives including Parenting Pays: Family Forward, Family Wealth Chats, and Young & Expectant Parents, while supporting related emerging-adult experiences. The Program Lead brings these programs to life by recruiting and engaging families, coordinating resources, and managing program activities from planning through completion.
Success in this role means building trusted relationships with parents as the primary focus, achieving recruitment and engagement goals, delivering meaningful and consistent programming, and accurately documenting participant outcomes. The Program Lead takes ownership of assigned programs, collaborates with organizational staff and community partners, and navigates challenges with initiative, sound judgment, and practical solutions.
