Program Lead, Young Adults & Families (Full-Time)

Remote: Yes (Hybrid) | Coins: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

 

The Program Lead, Young Adults & Families will serve as a connector in the 8 Cents in a Jar Economic Succession experience, helping young adults, parents, and families turn financial knowledge into greater stability, opportunity, and ownership. This role leads programming for emerging adults, college-age students, parents, caregivers, and expectant or parenting young adults through initiatives including Parenting Pays and College Cash Flow Crew.

 

The Program Lead will turn program strategy into meaningful experiences, build trusted relationships with participants and community partners, coordinate specialized resources and facilitators, and help families navigate the real-world decisions that shape their economic futures.
